Refresh & Set: Airbnb Turnover Checklist

1. Whole Home

   • Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and electronics.

   • Vacuum all carpets and rugs and hardwood floors; mop all hard floors.

   • Check for dust, cobwebs, and wipe down baseboards.

2. Kitchen

   • Wipe countertops, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts.

   • Clean inside appliances, empty dishwasher, and wipe sink.

   • Restock essentials: dish soap, sponges, trash bags.

3. Bathrooms

   • Scrub sink, toilet, shower, tub; polish mirrors and fixtures.

   • Replace used towels; restock toiletries (soap, shampoo).

   • Check for any bathroom supplies needed.

4. Bedrooms

   • Replace bed linens with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

   • Fluff pillows and arrange décor neatly.

   • Dust nightstands, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces.

5. Living & Common Areas

   • Arrange furniture neatly, fluff pillows, and straighten décor.

   • Dust electronics, remotes, and all surfaces.

   • Check for personal items left behind; remove any trash.

6. Final Walk-Through

   • Ensure all lights, electronics, and locks work properly.

   • Double-check no clutter or leftover items.

   • Stage the space for a welcoming guest experience.
