At Rebecca's Refresh, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will return to address the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled service, your full payment will be refunded within 3–7 business days.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, a $75 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 3–7 business days.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, we require 100% of the total estimated service cost upfront. Your payment confirms and reserves your scheduled appointment.
