Satisfaction Guarantee
At Rebecca's Refresh, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your service, your 50% deposit will be fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days. If you cancel within 24 hours, a $75 fee will apply, and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.
Payment Terms
To secure your booking, we require 50% of the total estimate upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning, once you’re fully satisfied with our service.
Invoices & Payment Policy
After your quote request has been reviewed, Rebecca's Refresh will provide you with a customized estimate based on the size of your home, the services requested, and any add-ons.
Once you approve the estimate, an invoice will be sent to you. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
This process ensures accurate pricing and allows us to customize every cleaning to meet your specific needs.
