Refresh & Set: Deep Cleaning Checklist

1. Whole Home

   • Dust all surfaces (walls, baseboards, crown molding, vents, with in reach of 3 step stool or extension tools). This is DUSTING washing is in the add-on tab.

   • Wash windows, sliding glass doors, sills, and frames inside only.

   • Vacuum carpets, mop all hard floors.

2. Kitchen

   • Clean outside and behind appliances (fridge, oven-will not move gas stoves, microwave).

   • Load and run dishwasher (or wash dishes)

   • Wipe down cabinets outside, counters, and backsplash.

   • Sanitize all handles, knobs, and high-touch areas.

3. Bathrooms

   • Deep scrub shower, tub, sink, and toilet; remove grout stains.

   • Clean outside cabinets.

   • Polish mirrors and fixtures.

4. Bedrooms

   • Dust all furniture, vacuum under beds and inside closets. Please decluter under beds and closets.

   • Organize linens, fluff pillows, and wipe down headboards.

5. Living & Common Areas

   • Dust / wipe electronics, remotes, light fixtures and decor.

   • Deep clean furniture (under cushions,fluff pillows, behind pieces if not too heavy).

   • Organize décor and vacuum any rugs.

6. Final Walk-Through

   • Check every room for missed spots, ensure everything is spotless.

   • Report any maintenance issues (lights, leaks, etc.).
