Move-in/Move-out Clean

• Time required: Cleaning duration depends on the size and condition of the property, typically taking a minum of 6 to 24+ hours.

• Preparation: Personal belongings and valuables should be removed, and access to electricity and running water is required. Clients may choose to be present or away during the service

Refresh & Set: Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Checklist

1. Whole Home

   • Dust all surfaces, including walls, corners, baseboards, blinds and ceiling fans.

   • Clean inside of all windows, sills, and tracks.

   • Vacuum carpets, mop all hard floors.

   • Remove all trash.

   • Clean all surfaces with in reach with 3 step stool.

2. Kitchen

   • Clean inside and outside of all appliances (fridge, oven-will not move gas stoves, microwave).

   • Wipe down all cabinets (inside and out), countertops, and backsplashes.

   • Scrub sink, faucets, and drains; clean all surfaces thoroughly.

3. Bathrooms

   • Deep clean sink, toilet, shower, tub, and all grout lines.

   • Clean inside and outside of vanities and mirrors.

   • Wipe down all surfaces, including exhaust fans.

4. Bedrooms

   • Dust all surfaces.

   • Vacuum floors thoroughly; mop any hard surfaces.

   • Clean inside closets, wipe shelves, and remove any debris.

5. Final Walk-Through

   • Check every room for missed spots, ensure no leftover debris or trash.

   • Confirm all utilities and fixtures are functioning properly.
