Refresh & Set: Short-Term Rental Turnover Checklist

1. Whole home

   • Open windows or turn on fans for ventilation.

   • Collect all trash, recycling; replace liners.

   • Air Out the Space

2. Kitchen

   • Disinfect countertops, appliances (inside and out), and cabinet fronts.

   • Wash and put away dishes; empty dishwasher.

   • Sweep, mop floors, restock essentials (soap, trash bags).

3. Bathrooms

   • Scrub and disinfect sink, toilet, shower/tub; polish mirrors.

   • Restock hand soap, toiletries, fresh towels.

4. Bedrooms

   • Dust all surfaces, vacuum under beds.

   • Replace linens, arrange pillows neatly.

   • Organize closets and check for personal items.

5. Living & Common Areas

   • Dust surfaces, wipe remotes, electronics.

   • Vacuum rugs, mop floors, stage décor for a welcoming vibe.

6. Final Walk-Through

   • Check each room for cleanliness, functionality (lights, Wi-Fi, thermostat).

   • Take photos if needed for records.
